Chamber Stenter Machine

The Open Width Stenter Range provides controlled drying, heat setting, width adjustment, and dimensional stabilisation for finished fabrics. Designed for precise fabric handling, it helps achieve consistent width, appearance, and finishing quality throughout production.

Galvanised steel modular chamber design that is converted into different C-profile section (created on Trumpf Laser 5050)
Chambers operate on negative pressure principle enhancing usage of optimum output against optimum energy usage
Track fabricated from 6 mm SS plate
Specially designed Teflon-graphite rails ensure smooth operation of ball- bearing chain at high speeds. Lubrication required after 6000 hours of operation
Blower fan fabricated from 5/3 mm steel with radial design and dynamically balanced (720 mm dia)
Individual drive assembly for chain width adjustment in each chamber
Specially designed nozzles for optimum air circulation maintaining distance of less than 100 mm (between two nozzles)
Dual filters - one fixed, other movable that can be pulled out and cleaned during runtime
Exhaust duct in-built prevents oil dropping and condensation problem
Selvedge shifting device on big batching
Automatic temperature control with sensor for each chamber
Separate drive for plaiter and batcher
